Started: Swatara Gap Destination: PA 501
Well the rain is still bad today but I was still able to get in 11 miles. Got off the trail at PA501 and beat the hair and bad thunderstorms back to the hotel. It was raining pretty hard for a few hours in the morning but by the afternoon the sun was coming out. I checked my phone at 501 and the worst was yet to come. We all shared the hotel room again tonight.
Today we passed the 1000 miles to go mark! I am now out of the 4 digit miles to go range! Time to start thinking in hundreds of miles again. Feels good. No pictures today, too wet.
